Retailer of the Year
In order to apply for the Inhorgenta Award as a retailer, you had to provide as much information about your company as possible. Following questions may have helped you: Do you prefer catalogues or rather websites and socialmedia as a communication channel? How exactly do you present your brand portfolio? Do you use other measures to deepen customer relations? How is your shop layout designed? Is there anything special? Do you organise events for your customers? You had to describe how you present your brand.
You were able to convince the jury with fresh sales ideas!
All retailers in the genre of jewelry and watches were eligible to compete. Alongside the appearance of the store (which will be judged on the basis of informative photos), the evaluation also was influenced by the online presence and the Web shop (if existent), the quality of the marketing communication and the PR materials, as well as the brand’s portfolio.
So that the jury was able to get a comprehensive overview, particularly of the brand appearance, it was recommended to attach a press kit additionally to the submitted products for the jury meeting.
